A software and app development company is seeking a Telecommute Sales Talent Sourcer in McLean.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring candidate pipelines have a consistent flow of engaged, qualified candidates
  • Identifying potential candidates on a variety of recruiting platforms
  • Engaging passive candidates through multiple communication channels

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 4+ years proven success as a Sales Recruiter, Sourcer or Lead Gen in the software space
  • Experience building and maintaining engaged pipelines of passive technical talent
  • Deep and demonstrable knowledge of the technologies and talent markets
  • Understanding of emerging sourcing tools/strategies
  • Ability to build credibility with internal and external software sales communities
