Job Summary

A software solutions company is filling a position for a Telecommute Salesforce Administrator.

Must be able to:

  • Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows
  • Maintain and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications
  • Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups

Required Skills:

  • Ability to effectively manage problems through all phases
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or other related field
  • 1- 2 years of experience using the Salesforce.com platform, CPQ or other similar CRM systems
  • Able to build strong relationships at all levels and demonstrates comfort in presenting to management
  • Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; Office 365
  • Exposure to process and project management methodologies, tools and processes
