Job Summary

A software development company has an open position for a Telecommute Salesforce Administrator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Participate and refine business system requirements including estimates for completion
  • Evaluate, diagnose, research, analyze and provide solutions to problems encountered
  • Create and maintain knowledgebase documentation, as well as standard operating procedures

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Can perform or coordinate with software vendors when product support is needed
  • Ability to operate in a constantly evolving environment with urgency, ownership, and accountability
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and provide solutions to improve our systems and processes
