A financial services company is in need of a Telecommute Salesforce CRM Business and Support Team Lead Senior Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Building relationships with business partners to identify and prioritize opportunities
  • Managing business relationships by collaborating with internal partners and external vendors
  • Collaborating with business leaders in articulating and operationalizing technology solutions

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • 7 - 10 years of experience designing, implementing, and improving business processes in Salesforce
  • Demonstrated business acumen with an understanding of business process automation and technology services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Salesforce.com Certified Administrator and general knowledge of Customer Relationship Management
  • Proficiency with the MS Office suite of tools, including MS Visio, Excel and PowerPoint
