Job Summary

An educational management provider has a current position open for a Telecommute School Designer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Coaching for implementation of active and engaging instructional practices
• Supporting school leaders when engaging district-level leaders in their site-based improvement process
• Providing School-based Professional Development and Leadership Support

Qualifications Include:

• Willingness to travel up to 40% and work flexible hours
• Significant experience in school and/or district leadership with an emphasis on school reform and organizational change
• A master's degree in education, leadership or a related field
• Required minimum 5 years classroom teaching experience
• Remarkable leadership qualities
• Experience with or enthusiasm for working with virtual teams across different geographical sites
