Job Summary

A science and technology solutions company is filling a position for a Telecommute Science and Technology 3D Artist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Creating 3D models of military assets, hardware, systems, structures, and physical environments
  • Applying industry standards for high/low poly modeling, lighting, map baking, and Physically Based Rendering (PBR) texturing
  • Developing photorealistic digital assets optimized to run in real time in modern game engines

Required Skills:

  • Associate’s and 4 years of relevant experience or
  • High school and 6+ years of relevant experience
  • 2 or more years of direct experience with Unreal Engine in either the video game industry, architecture, film, defense contracting or supporting simulations
  • Experience creating digital art on a shipped titles as a production artist (or equivalent experience)
  • Knowledge of standard game art pipelines
  • Experience using Perforce for source control and JIRA for task management
