Job Summary

A biotechnology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Scientific Communications Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Participate in developing and executing Medical Affairs scientific communications
• Develop processes and resources to improve cross-functional development
• Support team members to refine science writing and editing skills and time management skills

Required Skills:

• Ph.D. or M.D. in life sciences with extensive training in human medical genetics
• 3 years of supervisory experience is required
• Excellent time management skills and an ability to quickly assess and prioritize tasks
• Excellent knowledge of genetics industry and clinical laboratory operations
• Reviewing public facing written materials for clear explanations of the scientific messaging
• Developing processes and resources to improve cross-functional development and review of scientific communications
