Job Summary

A Fortune 500 company offering a range of financial services and solutions needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Scrum Master in Fort Wayne.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Be an Agile Project Manager to serve as a Scrum Master in our Annuities IT organization
  • Support one to two scrum teams within a fast-paced application development environment while adhering to Scrum principles
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies with assigned teams (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Demo, Retrospective and Backlog Refinement)

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelors)
  • Ceritifation as a Basic Scrum Master, upon hire
  • 3 - 5+ years of experience in project management delivering high-quality software solutions using Agile techniques
  • Experience managing and delivering projects in Agile run development teams
  • Ability to champion and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management
  • Ability to consults/analyze on more complex assignments and/or projects for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility
