Job Summary
A business solutions provider is filling a position for a Telecommute Seasonal Retail Call Center Support Representative in Edison.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering a high volume of inbound phone calls, properly documenting all issues needing technical support via the company's data management system
- Generating tickets per call, which are forwarded to correct department for resolution
- Providing minimal technical support for photo lab equipment to photo lab technicians over the phone
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Entry level computer technical knowledge and troubleshooting experience
- Call Center and/or Customer Service experience preferred
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage one's time
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to provide an excellent level of internal and external customer help desk customer support
