Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommute Securities Compliance Officer in Jersey City.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Review research notes / reports submitted to the Control Room by Supervisory Analysts
  • Provide daily updating and monitoring of the Restricted List
  • Provide daily updating and review of the Watch List additions

Qualifications Include:

  • College degree or comparable securities industry work experience
  • 3+ years experience in the securities industry
  • 3+ years prior compliance experience
  • Previous control room experience with deal intake, research
  • Thorough understanding of industry rules and regulations
  • Ability to effectively assess risk to the organization of potential issues and respond accordingly
