Job Summary

A financial services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Security Technology Mergers and Acquisitions Integration Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing M&A security strategic plans and roadmaps
• Developing M&A playbooks based on security standards
• Developing all M&A security requirements for all hardware and software

Required Skills:

• Experience in the creation and delivery of a disciplined IT integration strategy
• Knowledge of and experience in leading complex post acquisitions
• Demonstrated ability to develop M&A standard methodologies
• Demonstrated knowledge depth in cloud security
• Experience preparing critical path analysis, schedules, budgets, and staffing
• Demonstrated understanding of system development life cycle
