Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Self Directed Personal Care Registered Nurse.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Providing self-directed personal care nursing services to participants
  • Creating personal care, person-centered plans of care
  • Providing education and training for all program participants

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Unrestricted Wisconsin RN License
  • One year of home care nursing experience serving the disabled or the elderly
  • Experience providing care through the Wisconsin Medicaid Personal Care Program
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, database operation/maintenance skills and data entry experience
