Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Self Directed Personal Care Registered Nurse.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing a caseload of participants
  • Creating personal care, person-centered plans
  • Providing self-directed personal care nursing services to IRIS participants

Position Requirements Include:

  • Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain adequate auto insurance for job-related travel
  • Nursing (Required), Bachelors: Nursing
  • Possess and maintain an unrestricted Wisconsin RN Licensure
  • Strong teaching and mentoring skills
  • Demonstrated computer and software skills required
  • Professional Services online database prior to hire and at least every two years thereafter
