Job Summary

A technology consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Account Manager in Sacramento.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Developing trusted advisor relationships with key account holders, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

Position Requirements Include:

  • Schedule and facilitate client service review meetings
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Five years of experience managing Oracle based accounts
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
