Job Summary

A software development company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Accountant in Boston.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Reviewing and managing accounts payable and receivable
• Balancing sheet reconciliations
• Supervising accounting assistants as needed

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• In person meetings with the CFO in Boston will occur when applicable
• Good knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• 5 years' experience of working as an Accountant / Senior Accountant
• QuickBooks and Salesforce experience required
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
• Excellent knowledge of financial statements
