Job Summary
A managed health care company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Applied Behavioral Analysis Care Manager in Simi Valley.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Authorizing and reviewing utilization of autism services
- Collecting and analyzing utilization data
- Working with the ABA treatment team to shape care planning and provision
Qualifications for this position include:
- MA/MS/MBA, or equivalent combination of experience and education
- 6+ years post-degree experience in the provision of ABA services including oversight of paraprofessionals performing ABA services.
- Good organization, time management and communication skills
- Knowledge of utilization management procedures, mental health and substance abuse community resources and providers
- Knowledge and experience in inpatient setting
- Behavioral Health license such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT
