A creative web design agency is in need of a Telecommute Senior Art Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Leading visual design and artistic expressions across digital channels
• Directly supporting Creative Directors in creative concepting and ideation
• Persuasively and effectively presenting design work to peer, partners and clients

Qualifications Include:

• 6+ years of visual interactive experience design for websites, apps and experiences
• Strong sense of visual style and functional elegance expressed through design work
• Ability to efficiently delegate work to Junior/Senior Designers
• Able and willing to provide training and guidance to Junior/Senior Designers
• Team player who creates opportunities for innovation and excellence
• Time management: ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines
