Job Summary
A pharmaceutical company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Aseptic Compliance Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Gather and analyze historical data to identify trends and root-cause of manufacturing deviations
- Develop and recommend corrective and preventive actions to prevent/eliminate recurrent discrepancies
- Collaborate in the design and deployment of trainings to educate employees on how to report, initiate, conduct and close an investigation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Able to self-transport to travel between Brentwood and Westport facilities (Metro St Louis Area), when necessary
- Able to perform mathematical calculations and complex data analysis
- Proven leadership and change management abilities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- A minimum of nine years of applicable experience
- BA/BS/MS degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physical/Biological Sciences, Business, Integrated Supply Management, or related applicable discipline
