Job Summary

A health insurance company is seeking a Telecommute Senior Associate General Counsel in Minnetonka.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide legal and regulatory support to Clinical Services
  • Proactively identify and resolve legal and related matters
  • Directly support the development, review and implementation of key initiatives

Qualifications Include:

  • Juris Doctorate degree
  • 8+ years of legal experience
  • 5+ years of commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, provider, or provider-related services legal support
  • Ability to build and maintain rapport with superiors, peers, subordinates and external company contacts
  • Solution oriented with an ability to think strategically, take optimistic approaches to challenges
  • Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous environment
