Job Summary

A health insurance company is seeking a Telecommute Senior Associate General Counsel in Minnetonka.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Provide legal and regulatory support to Clinical Services
Proactively identify and resolve legal and related matters
Directly support the development, review and implementation of key initiatives

Qualifications Include:

Juris Doctorate degree
8+ years of legal experience
5+ years of commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, provider, or provider-related services legal support
Ability to build and maintain rapport with superiors, peers, subordinates and external company contacts
Solution oriented with an ability to think strategically, take optimistic approaches to challenges
Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous environment
