An in-vitro diagnostics company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Attorney.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Provide timely review and negotiation of a variety of contracts
- Advise on structure of all agreements with internal stakeholder teams
- Advise internal stakeholders on questions and guidance related to third party contracts
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Less than 5% travel if local. Travel could increase depending on your location
- Law degree from U.S. law school
- Licensed attorney with a minimum of 3 years’ expertise in healthcare
- Background with healthcare compliance regulatory areas
- Ability to work efficiently, meet demanding deadlines
- Exposure to customer sales agreements, group purchasing agreements
