An information technology company that specializes in data analytics needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Backend API Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing, architecting, and implementing backend systems
- Working on building both internal GraphQL APIs and public REST APIs
- Evaluating requirements, reviewing design, and communicating to stakeholders
Position Requirements Include:
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience
- Coding fluency in at least Python and either Java or Scala
- Experience with PSQL or other SQL databases
- Competency with modern CI/CD tooling
