Job Summary

An eCommerce marketplace needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Business Process Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Reporting documented business requirements back to stakeholders against metrics
Outlining clear and actionable deliverables for execution by technical staff
Identifying opportunities and solutions for business needs and improvements

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

Previous experience working with internally facing products and capabilities
Can communicate across multiple personas
Previous experience with Confluence, JIRA, LucidCharts
Exposure to working with engineering and operations teams to document product features
Can lead projects and take pride in seeing them through to full completion
Previous exposure to modern monitoring techniques, preferred but not required
