Job Summary

A full-service pharmacy has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Certified Pharmacy Technician in Boise.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Communicate with patients by telephone and take refill requests from patients
• Transfer calls from providers to pharmacist when necessary
• Transcribe verbal prescriptions from external pharmacies

Required Skills:

• Ability to be on-site for training during first two weeks, subject to additional onsite training if needed
• High school or equivalent diploma
• Idaho State Board of Pharmacy License in good standing
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA)
• 6+ months of customer service experience
• 6+ months of experience working with computer and web based tools
