A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Claims Process and Policy Professional.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring the appropriate identification of root cause through established intake process
- Performing claim analysis and summarizing results with detail
- Proactively identifying improvement opportunities based on analysis
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Successfully receive approval for government security clearance
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of TRICARE claims processing experience
- 5 years of TRICARE claims processing experience
- Ability to learn a complex processing system
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives with little guidance
- Ability to understand policies and procedures for claims adjudication, system support and reporting
