Job Summary
An educational technology and services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Client Project Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing project schedules and documentation
- Analyzing and assessing business requirements, mapping these to the capabilities of the Salesforce Service Cloud CRM
- Planning and managing the Department strategy relating to knowledge base best practices and on-going maintenance
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related business field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years IT, Business Analyst or Technical Support and/or Technical Project Management experience
- 2+ years supporting and administering Salesforce.com
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud configuration
