Job Summary

A medical technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Cloud Software Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Making key decisions about tooling, platforms, and frameworks while developing microservices and APIs
Translating wireframes and sketches into HTML and CSS and working with frontend and fullstack developers
Performing code reviews and mentor other developers

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field plus 8+ years’ experience OR
Masters Degree in Computer Science and 6+ years of experience
Able to work with Product and UI/UX designers
Familiarity with Node.js, Flask/Nginx, Docker, PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy
Outstanding frontend web development (Javascript, Typescript) and modern frameworks (React)
Able to build and develop APIs and restful web services
