An online retailer has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Cloud Technical Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Crafting and executing strategies to drive customer adoption
- Helping to plan and build solutions using standard methodologies
- Enthusiastically keeping your customers’ environments operationally healthy
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in a distributed systems environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, or related discipline required, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to build close relationships with your customers
