A provider of healthcare business and operational services is seeking a Telecommute Senior Coding Practice Leader in Franklin.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and maintaining effective strategic relationships
- Managing, leading, and being accountable for HIM coding projects
- Providing HIM operational support and guidance
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to provide HIM operational support (on-site, telephone and e-mail)
- Undergraduate degree required, ideally in HIM, Business Administration, IT, or Organizational/Change Management
- 3+ years management/leadership experience required.
- 5+ years recent HIM acute care inpatient coding experience
- Minimum 3 years HIM operations or technology experience
