Job Summary

A cybersecurity technology is in need of a Telecommute Senior Compensation Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Create and implement incentive programs aligned with supporting core values and driving performance
  • Lead annual compensation analyses for benchmarking all programs
  • Manage and stay aligned with external legal/regulatory and compliance requirements

Required Skills:

  • 8 plus years experience in Compensation, Total Rewards or related function
  • Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
  • Knowledge of job analysis and job evaluation principles, methods, procedures and techniques
  • Experience working in fast paced/hi-tech organizations
  • Experience creating compensation structures from the ground up
  • Experience designing incentive programs
