Job Summary
A call center has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Contact Center Solution Architect in Englewood.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing a differentiated operational solution approach to our client’s business requirements
- Partnering to develop and present our solution approach to clients as requested
- Managing program timelines, resources and costs for solutioning
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- 6 years of relevant contact center sales or sales support and/or consulting experience
- BA/BS Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of project management/consulting experience or equivalent education and related experience
- Experience with leading external sales or project efforts, including client facing activities
