Job Summary
An aerospace and defense company is seeking a Telecommute Senior Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Researching, crafting, and standardizing written responses to complex inquiries
- Communicating complex policy information clearly and in a well-organized manner
- Proofreading responses to ensure consistency with internal standards
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health, business, communications, or other related field
- Three years prior, relevant full-time work experience
- Working knowledge of health care, the ACA, and related issues
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have prior Helpdesk experience
- High level of initiative coupled with quick learning ability
