Job Summary

An aerospace and defense company is seeking a Telecommute Senior Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Researching, crafting, and standardizing written responses to complex inquiries
  • Communicating complex policy information clearly and in a well-organized manner
  • Proofreading responses to ensure consistency with internal standards

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health, business, communications, or other related field
  • Three years prior, relevant full-time work experience
  • Working knowledge of health care, the ACA, and related issues
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have prior Helpdesk experience
  • High level of initiative coupled with quick learning ability
