Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as the main customer point of contact throughout the customer’s lifecycle
- Driving adoption of company products
- Delivering exceptional customer experience

- 10 + years relevant work experience in customer success and / or the Media & Entertainment industry
