Job Summary

An enterprise software provider is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Renewing existing GovWin IQ subscribers
  • Identifying new business opportunities within existing subscriber accounts
  • Demoing products/services to service subscribers

Required Skills:

  • Attending internal and external events to understand products and markets
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, a customer service field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong, proven sales skills
  • Demonstrated industry knowledge in the Federal IT Government market
  • All other technical requirements necessary for this position
