Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Customer Support Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Help define and provide feedback and suggestions on improvements to customer support
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding software product support
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior members of the customer support team

Position Requirements Include:

  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) with AWS certification desired
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Linux/Unix, Windows and other operating systems
  • Experience with other cloud service provider (CSP) platforms
  • Strong interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge and expertise
  • Experience and willingness leading others
  • All other technical requirements necessary for this position
