Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Customer Support Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Help define and provide feedback and suggestions on improvements to customer support
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding software product support
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior members of the customer support team
Position Requirements Include:
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) with AWS certification desired
- Extensive hands-on experience with Linux/Unix, Windows and other operating systems
- Experience with other cloud service provider (CSP) platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge and expertise
- Experience and willingness leading others
- All other technical requirements necessary for this position
