Job Summary

An IT company is seeking a Telecommute Senior Database Administration Cloud Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Maintaining and monitoring hundreds of Oracle and SQL Server installations
  • Utilizing a variety of tools to assess DB health and performance
  • Performing proactive capacity analysis on database servers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 8+ years of production DBA experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a management role
  • BS in a computing field or equivalent
  • Thorough understanding of database theory, concepts, and technology
  • Experience developing and maintaining automation
  • Extensive experience with DataGuard and/or AlwaysOn replication technologies
