A Software as a Service company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Database Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Building out automation to address database problems
  • Guiding your fellow engineers so they can be their own Database Administrators
  • Triaging and addressing production issues as they arise

Position Requirements Include:

  • 2+ years of experience as a developer
  • You can write proper code in at least one scripting language, such as Perl, Python, or Ruby
  • Experience with a configuration management or orchestration system
  • Some Linux knowledge
