Job Summary

A staffing agency has an open position for a Telecommute Senior DevOps Engineer in New York City.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Designing and implementing next-generation high availability, scalable cloud architecture
  • Drawing on deep knowledge of automated provisioning, scaling and recovery of services
  • Building, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure components through IaC

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 3 years of professional work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in IT software development operations
  • 3+ years of engineering IaC and CCA tools
  • 2+ years of engineering a cloud production environment
  • 2+ years of administering DSCM & CI/CD pipelines on GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, etc.
  • 2+ years of engineering scalable Docker containers
