Job Summary
An education software and technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Educational Software People Analytics and Insights Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing a strategy and roadmap to significantly enhance our reporting and analytics capabilities
- Partnering with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Finance and others to identify report requirements
- Providing training on self-service capability for HR and Managers
Qualifications Include:
- 4+ years’ experience in building high performance analytics organizations in the HR/Recruiting space
- 4+ years’ experience with data analytics, Workday and visualization tools such as Tableau
- Strong problem-structuring and problem-solving ability
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Ability to challenge and motivate a team to foster innovation in an atmosphere of mutual respect
- Ability to gather and use data to inform decision-making and persuade others
