Job Summary

A leading healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Employee Assistance Program Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Consulting with members telephonically and via chat function to assess support needs
  • Accurately collecting and documenting intake information; maintaining appropriate records of cases
  • Identifying, educating, discussing and sending educational materials to address member’s defined need

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Public Health, Mental Health, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
  • Experience conveying knowledge and information to clients accessing benefits, services and / or resources
  • Knowledge of community, child/parenting, adult/elder, mental health, housing, education and facility-based resources
  • Ability to create, edit, copy, send and save documents, correspondence, presentations, and spreadsheets
  • Must be located in Portland, Seattle, San Francisco, San Diego or Phoenix
