Job Summary

An enterprise software support and services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Enterprise Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Act as the single point of accountability for clients (for non-technical issues)
  • Articulate the company support model and value proposition to clients
  • Lead for the team execution providing an improved alignment with the client’s business goals

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 10 or more years in high tech client relationship management, business development/strategy, and/or sales
  • Knowledge of the software support market
  • Specific experience with ORACLE AND/OR SAP solutions
  • Working knowledge of ORACLE AND/OR SAP and ORACLE AND/OR SAP software support infrastructure
  • Working knowledge of SAAS and Cloud computing
