Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Enterprise Cloud Technical Support Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Providing issue resolution to strategic customers over various support channels
  • Developing solutions for our customers while understanding their business needs
  • Managing customer cases and maintain clear and concise case documentation

Position Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years of Linux or UNIX system administration experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience within the enterprise IT sector
  • Technical knowledge of and experience with the Linux kernel and networking
