Job Summary
An event ticketing solutions company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Event Operations Manager in Pittsburgh.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Oversee the on-site planning of 50+ live events annually
- Advise clients and internal teams on how to execute attendee check in and entry
- Maintain ownership of the event hardware inventory
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Flexibility and willingness to occasionally participate with on-site executions
- 3 - 5 years of experience in ticketing, event production, or live event planning
- 1-3 years of staff management experience with direct reports
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with understanding and auditing of contracts / business agreements
- Strong technical understanding of IT
