Job Summary

A higher education univeristy is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Financial Research Administrator and Post Award Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Coordinate between multiple sites, institutions, and investigators
• Be responsible for financial oversight and analytical analysis of a post-award portfolio
• Navigate complex funding agency guidelines, plus ensure that expenditures comply with federal, state, and university policies

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree in related area and minimum five years related experience or equivalent
• Extensive knowledge of program administration guidelines of Federal and non-Federal sponsors
• Full knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation, Code of Federal Regulations, and sponsor-specific policies
• Demonstrated advanced competence in the use of Excel for financial analysis, fiscal management, and financial reports
• Demonstrated advanced knowledge of generally accepted accounting, fiscal and reporting principles
• Ability to interpret policy for others
