Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Global Compensation and Benefits Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Overseeing and coordinating all compensation activities
  • Ensure that Company's benefits are competitive, cost effective, and globally equitable
  • Overseeing global pay gap reporting and equal pay analysis

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 12+ years progressive experience leading global compensation and benefits
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience building global compensation and benefits frameworks from the ground up
  • Keen understanding of various methods of financing benefit plans
  • Working knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements related to total rewards
  • Experience influencing executive leadership on compensation structure methodology and philosophy
