Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommute Senior Global UX Director in Chicago.

Must be able to:

  • Influence and inspire everyone from executive leadership to cross-departmental teams
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, vision, and direction to the UX team across the entire product suite
  • Manage the UX strategy for the offshore product and development teams

Position Requirements Include:

  • Availability to travel to India office quarterly and to Chicago monthly
  • A BS/Master's in Human Interaction or related field
  • 7+ years of UX/UI design experience
  • 4+ years of design leadership experience managing a large team of designers
  • A comprehensive understanding of how to apply modern design principles in practice
  • Demonstrated experience designing complex workflows and interfaces for desktop or mobile products
