Job Summary

A government business company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Government Property Asset Manager.

Must be able to:

• Execute a property management lifecycle model from acquisition to use and disposition
• Manage a diverse group of property professionals
• Communicate and coordinate with work groups engaged in similar activities

Required Skills:

• 20 or more years of progressive experience (10 of which were in a supervisory/management capacity)
• NPMA Certification
• Greenbelt certified or the ability to obtain Greenbelt certification
• Strong PC skills, especially with Microsoft Office applications
