Job Summary
A health insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Health Insurance Process Design and Strategy Manager.
Must be able to:
- Meet with team members at different levels to identify areas of innovation and growth
- Identify innovation trends and business opportunities within the market
- Lead a team to enhance the innovation potential of the business
Qualifications Include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6+ years experience in health care, technology, product, or consulting
- 6+ years of experience leading or directing projects in varied sizes concurrently
- 6+ years of experience leading a team
- Ability to report on and adapting new interventions within the company
- Ability to expand on organization's long-term capabilities
