Job Summary
A global healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Healthcare Economics Consultant in Orlando.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Collecting and understanding historical health care data
- Performing statistical analyses to determine effectiveness of clinical programs (e.g. pre-post analysis, clinical trial results)
- Working with clinical team to identify areas of opportunity to drive financial performance of programs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance or Health Administration or related field
- Experience working in an Enterprise Data Warehouse environment or multiple source data warehouse
- 3+ years of experience in health care analytics
- 3+ years of experience using SQL query techniques to access rational databases
- Proficient with MS Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
