Job Summary

A hospital and healthcare technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Healthcare Technology Partner Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Establishing and maintaining transparent, positive communication with partners on at least a weekly basis
Building deep relationships with our Demand Partners
Determining potential upsell opportunities

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

4-7 years of successful experience as a consultant, success manager or relationship manager in healthcare
Experience identifying improvement opportunities and driving execution of improvement projects
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to identify and seize opportunities to expand relationships with our clients
Ability to handle and manage crisis effectively
Ability to create compelling visual representations of data
