Job Summary

A mental healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Healthcare UX UI Designer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building interaction models, workflows, screen designs, and visual details that resonate with therapists, psychiatrists, and patients
  • Understanding and advocating for user needs by leading research activities
  • Collaborating with a cross-functional team to develop thoughtful design solutions that are accessible and pixel-perfect

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product design experience
  • Experience working with Figma or a willingness to learn
  • Ability to create sketches, wireframes, mockups, or user journeys to share your ideas
  • Curious and empathetic designer
  • Ability to work in a startup environment and make decisions without all of the answers in front of you
